Preparation of drawings, specifications and compilation of additional information necessary for the issue of Construction Certificate (CC) after Development Application approval. (CC) is a mandatory process following any (DA) Consent, prior to any construction commencement.
V//T can administer a contract between you and your contractor on your behalf, ensuring a construction contract is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract, initially through contract scope definition, negotiation and execution and thereafter regular assessment, reporting and instruction with regard to progress claims, quality control and defects.
