Following confirmation of the Developed Design proposal, preparation of required documentation for a Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Application (CDC) submission to your local council or Private Certifier.

Following a Development Approval issued by Council preparation of detailed drawings, trade packages, schedules and specifications, coordination of Consultants to enable contractors to tender for the works.

Preparation of drawings, specifications and compilation of additional information necessary for the issue of Construction Certificate (CC) after Development Application approval. (CC) is a mandatory process following any (DA) Consent, prior to any construction commencement.

V//T can administer a contract between you and your contractor on your behalf, ensuring a construction contract is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract, initially through contract scope definition, negotiation and execution and thereafter regular assessment, reporting and instruction with regard to progress claims, quality control and defects.
